I have painted, drawn, printed or written in some shape or form for as long as I can remember, and this year I'm getting into the groove of doing them all at once. My printmaking work is spilling onto my paintings, and my writing often ties it all together in my head. I am primarily a storyteller, and whether making stories with paint or creating images with words, it all comes from the same place. I am a magpie, collecting inspiration from history, travel and my imagination.

In 2024 Stuart and I went on a long wander on our bikes, and the inspiration I absorbed over the year is now finding its way into my work."
